Because it shows that an individual can work without constant supervision and can work on their own. |

Determined |
The ability to keep going at what you are doing with a passion. |
Because it shows that the individual can keep at the work the he/she is given no matter what. |

Tolerant |
To be able to work with other people and be ‘tolerant’ or be able to handle working with them even if there are differences. |
Because it means you can work with a wide variety of people and people who might annoy you. |

The ability to be able to be in charge of a situation and work over a team of people. |
Because it means you can take charge and can be left in charge of a certain sector of work. |
